That Orlovsky is the worst. It's listed for more than 100X the high BV


But the only reason he listed it so much is because of eBay's free listing days they've been having.

He's just doing the same thing sellers like Burbank and some of the others do. They aren't selling cards, they're paying eBay to allow them show off their cards. No way 90% of their stuff will ever sale for their unrealistic over high BV prices
