After seeing the New England / Baltimore game, I thought this was an interesting read.

Did this cause a Baltimore loss and ultimately lead to a NE victory? Maybe.
Did the Patriots do this on purpose? Possibly.
If this is true, did Belicek have a hand in it? Probably.
Are we surprised NE is beaing accussed of cheating.... again? NO!

I am not a fan of either team, but this does seem a bit fishy and this is something that I wouldnt put past the Patriots organization, given their .... *cough* ... um.... "history."

I see what your saying but bottom line they could have called a time out and why would he be looking at the score board and not the down number on the yard marker.

Yea I saw that too. Sucks for the baltimore head coach. I mean, he should of called a timeout, but then if he does and the kicker misses it. All you would hear is how he iced his own kicker.

The Baltimore coaches knew the correct down, so, if true, Cundiff was the only one that could have been fooled. I forget which TV show talked about it, but they had to call for Cundiff 6 times before he finally ran out on the field. Because of that, Harbaugh should have called a timeout to settle everyone down before the kick was attempted. That way, they could have discussed other options and the whatifs should he miss it short.

This incident was all on Baltimore.
