New Shipping Rates 1/22
USPS announced new rates AND
free DC if using Ebay hopefully Paypal too.. Announcement is here. https://www.usps.com/new-prices.htm Ebay also made an announcement about free DC 
whats DC for? I live in Canada and use Canada Post just wondering if same applies?

I have been using PayPal and it is a $1.69 for package first class 3oz and under with DC.

What am I doing wrong on Ebay. If I pay my shipping thru Ebay a single card(1oz) . I get charged $3.00.
If I go to Post Office I get charged 1.85. (This is shipping to Canada)

Sounds like your post office is charging it as a large envelope instead of a parcel. Sometimes if the bubble mailer is thin enough you can get by with just shipping it as a large envelope...they also don't require a customs form on something shipped as a large envelope. They still require customs forms on them, but thanks, didn't realize that they were treating it as a large envelope.

it cost ne money everytime I ship card overseas I charged $2.85 and it cost over $3.00 just to have 4 stars ratings don't know much more about shiipping rate to Canada if someone can help it will be much appreciated
