There were two different blasters at my Target. The top of the "Target" ones with the Red cards says "Look for Exclusive Red-bordered Parallel Cards Collect the Whole Set" in a pretty large grey oval. Maybe the ones without the Red were the "regular" blasters meant for other stores.

I think there was another difference in the boxes (the striping on the front, maybe?), but I looked to make sure I had the Target version.

It was sunny today in the Akron area but yesterday (saturday) I woke up to snow covered roads and clouds most of the day.

The blaster I got had 2 packs of red border. The hobby box was the worst collation on base cards I have ever seen in any box. Triples of 8 different cards and doubles of 5 others. 2 packs were identical right down to the order they were in.

Haha, This weather has been crazy. I'm not hating the no snow though. I think here in cleveland it was alittle cloudy in the morning but nice and full sunshine around noon through.

I'm glad its beautiful right now. Replacing a blown headgasket. lol

My Target Blaster had no reds either.
