I just opened some 09-10 Adrenalyn XL packs, and I have no idea which inserts are which. I have regular cards, some rainbow types, and some foil types, There are a few foil and rainbow that have autos on them. Any help would be appreciated because my org is not working, and the set does not show pics on the ones I looked up. Any help will be appreciated.

the XL extra are the silver backgrounds
the XL extra signatures are the same background as the base with the signature stamps
the XL special are the shiny ones with the gold names at the top
the XL ultimate signatures are the silver background with the signature stamps

Thanks for all the help. I did not realize I might pull such nice cards with facsimile sigs as these. I guess the Griffins are the big ones, although I did get cards of Extra Lebron, Ultimate Howard, and Ultimate Kobe.
