Why isn't Matt Wieters part of the MLBPA?
GRRRRR, 2011 saw a freaking record 84 MLB All Stars get selected, in one form or another to the All Star Game.

As part of a project I must collect a card of each and every one, hopefully right around the specific All Star Year. Which means Topps Update & Highlights subset is a great way to do upkeep on the project in recent years.

So, thanks to it, I'm able to have a 2011 Topps card of all, except for one...and the even more frustrating part about Wieters is that he played in the game so he would have been part of the subset.

Speaking of which, I find it interesting that Topps wanted to produce yet another Tim Lincecum card that he is the only player that did not play in the All Star Game to get an All Star card!

BTW, don't worry, not THAT frustrated, just thought I'd bring it up as a topic. And yes I know there will be holes in the project where the specific year for the player doesn't exist, such as Sandy Koufax for example.
