I am looking for the 1994 Bowman's Best Refractor of Ken Griffey Jr. #R40. Does anybody have one or know where to get one? I have been looking for this card for months!

I am sure someone would be willing to pay that much for it, but a starting bid of 50% above BV is a little ridiculous, IMO.

A lot of 90s inserts are hard to come by these days and they do tend to fetch over book value. This one may not be one of those but it is likely the reason for the high BIN.
