How should I go about asking if they'll honor two expired redemptions from 2007 Select? I already sent a question to them under My Requests - Open Requests, but that was almost two weeks ago. I've never dealt with panini before, but Press Pass has honored about half a dozen expired redemptions, Topps wouldn't.

Press Pass also has really good customer service. Upper Deck has honored expired redemptions as well. I'd say just call.

just call them they will do something for like give you another card of the same value
