Each pack can come with prominent Longhorn football alumni like Colt McCoy, Jamaal Charles, Steve McMichael, Darrell Royal, Ricky Williams, Priest Holmes, Major Applewhite, Vince Young, Earl Campbell just to name a few!!
The autographs look amazing and you can find many different serial numbered versions. Here are a couple for example:

The base set consisiting of 100 cards will also include 20 “Monumental Moments” cards that capture special moments from Texas football history. Some moments include the bowl game victory in 1943 against Georgia Tech to the “Game of the Century” in 1969 against Arkansas and even the amazing 2006 Rose Bowl victory over USC.
Each hobby box will contain one autograph card from a Longhorn great, 2 special light F/X Texas Icons insert cards
There are 24 packs with 8 cards per pack
Upper Deck also added a bonus for those of you who purchase a University of Texas Football retail blaster box! Inside you will find one replica championship pennant, showing you the years that Texas has won it all: 1963, 1969, 1970 and 2005.
