Is it hard to do those?

no these arent hard at all to do you just need a football jersey, anything you can find kids , adult any jersey will work. then you need 2 of the same card for the front and back and a deccoy card,then cut out the the top card to the size or design you like then do the same to the deccoy card then trim the jersey to size then glue the top card to the deccoy card let dry with something heavy on top to press together then when dry glue the bottom card on so it shows the back side of it and press together .your only limited by your creativity
