under user id click beckett profile, that page will have their org link.

if it's not in beckett you can't add it

i think on the profile page you can click the trade link or send a pm & inquire about a trade.
The link below is very informative regarding trading, also if you are going to trade you have to have cards listed in your org & available for trade.
