It would be best for the Braves to send him down to fix his swing for a month and bring him back in time for the final playoff push. It is hard to make adjustments in the Bigs. Their pitching will keep them in the lead for the wild card but an extra bat is needed now that McCann is on the DL. Which is going to hurt my fantasy team.
I am seeing the same problem with our young slugger, Carlos Santana here in Cleveland. At least he is still drawing walks, but he is not driving in runs. Both Heyward and Santana have hit at every level so they should come around and produce.

heyward is young, I have a good feeling with his skill set at his age he will find his form still.

it is worrysome given he got such a strong start and has already had so many injury issues and hasn't really come back full speed
