RE: Can anyone tell me where this Lincecum card comes from?
I found one site which claimed it was a promotional variation card for 2007 Upper Deck Series 2. It doesn't seem to be listed in the OPG.
*Please note that in all of my future trades, I will require extra time to ship. I have no adequate transportation to a post office. If you don't want to wait, please do not trade with me.*

Right. We emailed the guys on the pricing staff about it and they didn't seem to know either. We have been wanting to list these on our Marketplace storefront for a year but haven't been able to figure out where they came from, what they are worth etc.

Not sure yet. Probably in the $10 range. Despite them seeming to be hard to find on the net right now I doubt they are "rare" so I see no need to charge an over the top price for them.

They were given away at games -I have an Alex Gordon one that is numbered the same way. Upper Deck was selling packs at gift shops and I believe for every pack you bought you got a card
