I dont think his IQ was ever high enough to be considered "lowered". But I would say that bush is the #1 guy in terms of drop off. At least in the gu/auto era.

Look at matt lienart from that same class...notnas dramatic, bur so much for the all time 2007 class ( which imo made exquisite in football).

I think almost the entire top end of that '06 class has fallen way down. There's been 2 boxes of 06 absolute (7 '06 fb boxes total) that are at my lcs unopened for at least 2+ yrs. Nobody wants to pull Bush (controversy), Leinart (9th stringer), Young (pick one), Clemens, etc, etc.

There's a bunch of great players still in the league, but having your core crop of "elite" draftees perform or behave sooo poorly drags down the rest of the class. I think it's be awesome to bust the boxes, but I don'tt think I'd ever want to pay for them.
