Philly signs Bryzgalov!

Well turns out that Philly trading away Carter to CBJ for J. Voracek, 1st rounder & 2nd rounder and Richards to Kings for B. Schenn, W. Simmonds & 2nd rounder was in order to clear payroll to sign Ilya Bryzgalov to a 9 year, 51 million contract.
