My "Old School" is a little older than most/all of the old school above.  I started collecting a kid in the early 70's. A couple of my favorites were the 1974 Topps with the field goal and the 1976 with the football.



Also what I liked about Topps up through the 80' was football and baseball designs were completely different.  What I really can't stand is with Panini (Leaf as well), they will use the same damn photo for multiple brands.  Just freaking lazy.

You know to think of it, it would be nice to see them do a set like this.
