If you decide to rip it, I would be willing to buy the mini inside. and if you do it carefully enough the front of the card doesn't suffer in appearance.
It's probably the most expensive card in my Ubaldo collection and I'm a chicken about ripping into it. A red ink /10 would be nice, though!

I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.
