Hucklebucked at Walmart
Bought some value packs today at Walmart I was itchin to bust some packs open.
3 bowman chrome w/green refractors
3 topps series 2
2 topps update
3 packs Allen and ginter
I get home and one of my bowman packs are already opened and the refractors are gone.
What a drag
Any way didn't get squadouche in the other packs.
Theres goes another $70 bucks
I think I'm gonna stick to buying just boxes and cases from here on in.

That is the reason I DO NOT Buy retail. Seems like 9 times out of 10 everything has been searched and the odds of getting a good pull at way out there.
No retail for me.

If your spending $70 you should go for a hobby box. When I'm at Target/Walmart and have the itch I will ONLY buy a blaster. Even then I check to make sure its fully sealed with Topps shrink wrap. Sorry to hear that bro.

Same here. Unless I want to just see how a set looks, then I'll buy a pack.
I collect Dirk Hayhurst.

im sure there is some retail places the scumbags to search but its far and few between. nothing wrong with buying a blaster...we all do it just to hold over until the next lcs run but i always get the value blasters at 40% off. they usually only go for 11 bucks and to me its worth it. some of the topps ones have those manufactured patches in each box which cause sell on ebay for close to $10 all day and pay for the box. if only i would of bought a bunch of 2011 topps update....i would of cashed in on trout. they had stacks of them at walmart with the 40% off sticker. dont feel bad man, ive spent 70$ on hobby boxes and had nothing to show for it either.
I am the resident super collector of David Wright. I also collect Jose Reyes, Michael Jordan, Brett Favre, Antoine Walker and Rookies.

Same thing happens in hobby too....you're guaranteed hits, but those hits could always be three $15 autos from the box you paid $120 for.
