That is searching for a needle in a haystack. It would be really neat if you located it. Makes me think of the website where people input the serial #'s from dollar bills and track them.
On a more serious note your best bet is to probably sign up for several forums and post this same request. Unfortunately, it may be with someone that has tucked it away in a closet and forgotten about it (Toy Story?)
