Pets are a part of our family and when I lost my Lab mix, I was devastated. My daughter had taken her to the vet and she held on as long as she could for everyone to say goodbye. I missed it my 15 minutes and I petted her and said goodbye with tears in my eyes. Like you, I know she's in doggie heaven and I'll see her again one day. Now I have cats with my wife and we lost one last summer (he was 16+) that just about killed my wife. I buried him in our yard and have a beautiful marker. Like I said, they hold a dear place in our family! My Best to You and your family!

Wow man that's terrible. Gonna say a prayer tonight for him to pull through this. Some people say "Oh they're just animals" but it doesn't matter what you have: dog, cat, snake, rat, birds whatever they mean the world to those of us that have them. Only companions that will truly love you no matter what mistakes you make in life or what bad decisions you make. Sorry for rambling on, just lost a pet myself a while back to the same thing so I'm really pulling for him to make it!!!!!

EDIT: ***** man I just re-read this and saw that he didn't make it. REALLY SORRY to hear that man but at least he is with god now. My prayers still go out to ya!
