If you're closer to the "I just want them gone" - donating them, listing the entire lot on Craigslist etc are probably better options. They require very little work on your part, with the downside of realizing less than pennies on the dollar.
If ANYONE wants to donate cards, I run a non-profit show 2x a year and our goal is to actually hand everyone who walks in the door a bag or box of cards for their suggested $1 donation.
