People are still getting them. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the order they were sent out. I got mine almost a week ago. They are selling so well, perhaps in part due to the market not being flooded since they didn't all get sent out at the same time. I've been getting 3-5 bucks for commons, my silver #d/10 common went for 30 bucks. Really super return on less than 2 bucks in postage. Apparently they had enough that if you sent them in within a couple weeks you should get them.
