Mike, I purged the old cards from my org, but it was either the 2005 Donruss Signature #159 (with Niemann, Pena, and Jimenez) or the 2006 Exquisite Collection #69 with Pelfrey. I wish I could tell you for sure, but I'm 99.999% that 1 of those 2 cards were never made.
