Every one of your answer is what I love about this hobby! Although most of the cards we have are (for a lack of a better term) worthless. But they are not worthless to me. My grandpa would buy me cards and depending how I did during my baseball game determined how many packs I would get. We spent hours on a weekly basis sorting through the cards into teams and then putting them into binders in alphabetical order. Those times are PRICELESS. Nobody can ever buy/trade those moments from me that I had with him. Baseball is burnt deep inside of me and I really dont think anything can change that. I collected Griffey growing up mostly, but I've got hundreds of all the major players from the 80s and 90s. Its only been over the last couple years that I got back into it. These cards are part of who I am and Im not ashamed or embarrassed by that. I embrace it. Very good topic!!
