There is zero chance this hold up upon appeal. The player union contract just doesn't allow it. What do they do with players like Gio Gonzales. All the evidence seems to point to him only buying legal substances from them but the evidence isn't overwhelming. There are way too many variables.

I also think the MLB is jumping the gun here. They should've waited for everything to be done on the criminal side so they ensured they had all the facts. They are only going to get one shot at it and they should do it right.
