This was tougher than expected. I had reasons by all the my iPad cleared so I had to retype so this time no reasons except on a few. I have an auto of everyone in this list and one thing I question is why you would cap this great collection. Either way I treated this as if it were my own and narrowed down with good reason.

I have 24 i just didn't feel qualified. Given you chose 15 I will * the 15. i just felt thw list was inaccurate if i left the kthers on.
*Jarrad Parker (just too early and this wasn't a strong enough start to say star over average)
Salvador Perez (I think a healthy season and he is on his way)
Matt Moore (maybe soon)
Asdrubal Cabrera (I believe but not yet)
*Clay Buccholz (I keep thinking he will be then he proves me wrong)
*Edwin Encarnacion (flashes in the past but this year I think was crazy, I call roids)
*Austin Jackson (no way, far from enough)
Josh Reddick (fair start but not a star by any means)
*Shin Soo Choo (your a Cleveland fan, you tell me)
*Mike Napoli (doesn't do enough and a star catcher catches more games)
*Nick Markakis (looked like he would be but now just average)
*Melky Cabrera (wasn't that good without his roids)
*Jon Jay (why?)
*Brandon Belt (why?)
*Michael Pineda (why?) these why are all young and maybe one day but they haven't done squat yet
Eric Hosmer (pains me to say it but no yet, he has a lot to prove still, he will be)
Michael Moustakas (just hasn't shown it yet but will be)
Josh Johnson (he is borderline)
*Dustin Ackley (hype doesn't make a star)
*Alex Avila (just when I was believing he proves me wrong)
Jason Heyward (RC year hype and season but not as strong now, more like average IMO)
Mike Morse (not yet but I think he is on his way and as soon as you take him out you will need him back)
*Jordan Zimmermann (really, not yet)
*Allen Craig (it take more then a fairly good season to be a star)

Now I can't be like others and out prospects or young guys who may be there one day so I will list give who are stars now. I'll avoid these older guys like Helton cause I assume you weren't looking for those answers.
