if you accept paypal, it is REQUIRED that you provide a dc number. and frankly, there is no excuse for not doing it
using paypal shipping, any package 3 ozs or less, with delivery confirmation, costs 1.64. going to the post office, a 3 oz or less package without dc costs ...i think it's 1.76
