You find the card in the database. By doing this, I usually go to the search function near the top of the page. Then put, say 2011 topps chrome cam newton into the search. A list of cards will come up-find the one and check *add to organize* then when you have added what you want, you go to organize and either scroll down till you find the card, or search for it in *my organize*. You then must check 1] that you *have* it, and 2] that it is form trade. That's all there is to it. Good luck-people are usually more than willingn to help you with this...
