[stp420]

Hi everyone, I pulled this out of a box of Topps Sterling 07/08 and cant find it listed anywhere or even exactly what it is.
Its a booklet Card with a mini card insert- its very cool just wish i could find it on Beckett? Can anyone help?
Front open scan didnt come out too good because of the magnetic strips on either side of the booklet. seriel no.#848/999
