@vgqv: yes those are indeed nicely done, but there's a difference between those cards and the ones I'm talking about. Yours are two or three different pieces of material so even though they're a bit covered around the edges you still get to see about (i dunno) 80% of the piece.
What bugs me most is the cards with one piece. When you get a piece with, say, a B R Y A N T cut out, you see perhaps only 50% because the spaces between the letters cover up the patch, PLUS the surface around the letters
