This would be a prime time to impliment a rule like Rodger Goodell is doing in Pryor's case. Pryor will probably be drafted in the supplimental draft (hopefully not by the Steelers who he was working out for because I believe he would be a cancer in the locker room) but Goodell is gonna make him serve his 5 game suspension in the NFL which he was supposed to serve in the NCAA. I think this tactic would steer a lot of the players away from breaking the rules while in college. Most of the time when rules are broken in college, by the time the NCAA figures it out and the investigation is finished, the player has moved on (Reggie Bush) and the school alone gets the punishment.This would be a great time to make an example of someone. I, for one, have a hard time believing anything the dirtbag booster has to say after he lied and cheated all of those investors out of millions but if the allegations are found to be true, they should penalize the players that are in the NFL, the ones still on the team and the school. Just my 2 cents...
