Once Crosby signs the stickers, what say does he have with what UD plans to do with them? Why can't UD put the stickers on a card with Malkin's sig or MAF? Unless Crosby is part of UD's Design Team as well as a player for the Pens, what right does he have as to how the company can use what he signs after the fact?

He probably put it as a clause in his exclusivity contract that UD signed him under at the time. While the NHL/NHLPA voided the exclusivity portion of that contract when they awarded panini a license (ugh), UD still has to honor the remaining portions of that contract and not use the stickers how crosby doesn't want them to be used.
