Ridiculous, totally unheard of, and just flat out insane!!!! WOW
Rozmaryn, a Manhattan trading card collector who just sold a rookie Jeremy Lin card on eBay for $21,580.
According to the New York Times, Rozmaryn bought the card for $1,000 two weeks ago - when the Lin buzz was in its nascence.
Was the buyer taking a bunch of "Stupid Pills?"
Do you know how many Jordan inserts one could buy for that much?...lol
I wonder if the seller feels guilty at all, just a tincy, incy bit?

...i wouldnt lol I'm sorry, if the buyer doesnt do his homework and made an offer for that much, or accepted it, that's one thing lol. Now, if the seller decieved the buyer into believing it's more valueable than it is, that is a totally different situation.

the buyer just isn't smart. i mean he is some tiny point guard that had a few good games. maybe a few hundred bucks for the card but damn.

Can the buyer say that he/she bought the card for his/her PC and will never feel guilty about it?
Or can the buyer say that he/she bought the card expecting to profit from the purchase he/she just made?

now I really wish I wouldn't have traded both of my contenders patches SP autos of him away two weeks before he made it big (I definitely wouldn't have been hurting for cash for St. Louis lol)
