Too many products?

RE: Too many products?
In the Too Many Products Department, apparently Panini decided that "we could put this in with Chronicles like we listed on the Chronicles sell sheet, but we like money"

Anyone who buys that at the $500 starting price deserves to lose their money (if it reaches the floor, I think it might be worthwhile even though I'm not a fan of Mosaic (or as I like to call it Blingy Prizm))

And the box from Panini arrives - and the hits are the Bengals first round draft pick (a defensive back) and a fifth round wide receiver. I did get a Justin Fields Dare to Tear /65. And a David Montgomery /100 for my Iowa State collection - I haven't checked the rookies yet, but I think it's quite possible I ended up getting exact repeats of the rookies from my first box.

Annoying.

Dare to Tear, you could sell that and pay for your box.  I had one last year and tore it......got a 1/4 Darius Slayton mini.....disappointing.

I am surprised those go for that much - unlike the ones from Allen & Ginter you don't got a shot at super rare autos or real 1 of 1 parallels made out of different materials.

I'm resisting the temptation opening it - honestly, I think it's most likely worth more intact since unlike the Allen & Ginter rip cards you don't have the risk of having a redemption inside.  And chances are the allure of a potential good rare card is probably worth more than what is actually in there.

I believe the first box was likely better - the Wilson auto was by far the best card I pulled out of the two boxes.

It looks like it sold out right before the last drop - $140 or so.

Still too much for me (not a fan of blingy Prizm!), but it was interesting timing

Looking at the Checklist, I only see a handful of cards you can get as the random 1 of 1 out of the entire 300 set that would come close to even justifying even the floor price.

But I'm sure someone will be breaking these online and yelling about what a GEM FIRE BRO MOJO BANGER BRO FIRE GEM card the 1 of 1 is no matter what it is and even if it is a card where even the 1 of 1 will barely attract a $20 bid
