Best of luck to you, I hope they do not yank the rug out from underneath of you after they lose this lawsuit.

2008 legendary cuts MYSTERY CUT QUESTION
There is NO WAY that these mystery cuts will be as great as 07 if they are pullable one
per case. The ones last year were way harder to pull. UD is looking for anything to
let them off the hook on these...there is no checklist, because UD knows that the
list sucks and that they can't well it if people won't buy it.

Remember that UD has given up 100% on replacing damaged cards because of some
legal action...that ONLY benifits UD.

These mystery cuts are what is selling Legendary Cuts. The cuts have been awful so far,
UD is looking to bail on them. NOTHING good can come from this.

That's great, but just be prepared to be happy about getting a Jack Lemmon cut signature. I'd personally sell them. The print run of these Mystery Cuts (1 per case) is nowhere near as low as the print run of the original Mystery Cuts from Sweet Spot Classic. I've heard numbers as low as 300 for those. Second, with this lawsuit, we've got no idea what's going to happen with them. Upper Deck can say whatever they want at this point, but they're in the middle of a lawsuit, and might not be able to produce anything from the original checklist. I'd take the safe bet, and sell this for the $500 that they're going for. Buy yourself a cut signature that you'll actually enjoy, rather than letting Upper Deck pick something for you.

Sell Sell Sell Sell Sell, then buy a nice slabbed auto of the same person you were looking to get...probably at less than what the cards will go for. I wouldn't be comfortable with the uncertainty with the product right now and would rather $ to pick up something nice.
