Package delivered but no email confirmation
Hi,

Was wondering if anyone is experiencing delays currently for orders getting marked as received? Mine was delivered with signature at shipping/receiving over a month ago and I still haven't gotten the package received email or charged. Order is for BAS if that matters.

Yes BGS and BAS are running behind for a variety of reasons ?? They had a VDAY25 Off sale in mid February which created a lot of business and Customer Service is behind as well.........I have 3 cards  currently in the hands of BAS and hope they get authenticated and returned Soon as they have had them for 2 months......Best Regards from Port Angeles.....Smile
