Grading error contact?

Does anyone know how to reach Beckett to fix a grading error? I sent in around 17 cards and when they came back two of them have the labels switched. The Kobe label is in my Jordan case and vice versa. The phone number is disconnected and im multiple email deep with no response. Its been weeks.
