Good morning,

Can someone tell me if the 1997 Upper Deck Diamond Vision Highlight Reels Michael Jordan cards are considered oversized?  They're 3-1/2"x5".  I don't want to pay the extra $8 if they're not considered oversized.

I believe they are.  To be sure you should try to contact your rep for your area.

I haven't subbed oversized in a while, but believe its still $8 extra plus grading fees for the 5x7 sized slabs those would go in.
