I sent in a 1998-1999 Vince Carter Skybox Autographics card to be graded. It's not a forged card and even has the Skybox seal of approval. So I don't understand why they would remove it from my order, since that same card was last graded by BGS in 2022. Pls someone help me understand why that would happen.
