Basketball Banger Bros,
I pulled a 600-point "Rewards" card out of a Donruss Optic basketball blaster not too long ago.
Got my package in the mail today, pretty speedy and much appreciated ...
Pistons and Kings PC adds:

Obviously not a basketball card but this was the big one, 400 points:
