I have a 1973 Topps Jim Otto #461.  The problem is, Jim Otto is not on the front of this card.  I am not sure who the player is it states RB of the Chargers.  On the back though it shows Oakland Raiders, Otto's actual team.  Also, this card was misprinted as the top is 25% of the bottom and the bottom is on top.

I'm Not finding any info on this misprint either. Maybe someone else has seen it

I'm guessing probably a misprint.  Not uncommon during that era.  I'd guess during that era the San Diego Running Back is probably Cid Edwards.  Could be Mike Garrett too.

It could have a bit of value to a Jim Otto super collector but it would otherwise be considered a printing defect and not worth much.  Maybe a couple bucks at most.
