Ok, I just got the Wilson Prizm DP grades from PSA - Card = 9, Auto = 10. With that being said, the other cards similar were only graded solely based on card i.e. graded 10, but no grade on the auto. Does this help me that the auto is a 10, although the card is a 9?

The card grade is more important than the autograph grade. A PSA 9 is good but probably not a ton more compared to a raw card. It does give buyers peace of mind that it's not worse than a 9 . But PSA 10's are king for condition. PSA 9 with 10 auto will be preferred over a straight PSA 9 though. If you are selling you can lean into that.
