I have a Mark Martin 1996 M-Force Sheet Metal card 59/200 but I can't find info on them anywhere.  I see it in the Beckett database, but I see none of any drivers listed or completed on eBay.  How rare are these things?

I have personally never seen one myself, so I would imagine they are fairly uncommon but don't know for sure.
