I need some help with a Panini redemption.

I filled out my address, went on to the "review" page, and where my address is, my state is not listed after my city. So I went back, and my state was not highlighted on the selection menu. So I chose another state and went back to mine, and it was highlighted, but back on the review page, by my city, no state is listed. If this is normal if I am doing something wrong, I would appreciate any help or feedback I can get.
