in 1998 i opened a pack of Fleer Tradition cards and recieved a mail in redemtion card of Alex Rodriguez. I recieved back a Fleer #100 card of Alex Rodriguez autographed and numbered 512/750 with promotional sample across the front and back of card. Why is this not listed in Beckett's price guide? thanks for any help

Beckett does not list a boatload of cards that are not mainstream, including promotional items, Onyx, Leaf (listed but not priced), buybacks, etc. Many times certain cards within a set are not listed while the others are.
That particular card is listed and priced, but it's listed as Ultra and not Fleer Tradition. Here is the Beckett listing:
