Does anyone know if anyone out there does insert case breaks. Im looking for 2019 fortune teller cards in GQ and 1984 reprints. Wonder if you can buy all of one type of insert from the break.

most case breaks are done by team. fortune teller cards should be easy. A couple different sites to check out that I have good luck with Sportslots which is sellers that mail direct to you most of which do a good job. Another is check out my cards which I like as a set builder as sellers ship to them and they store onsite which will save you tons on shipping which as a set builder adds up quickly.
