I have several cards in a box that are Collector's Edge Masters (98 and 99) that have "Preview" in the space where the serial number should be. For example, a 1999 Collector's Edge Masters Sentinel Isaac Bruce S10 that would normally be numbered up to 500 instead has Preview stamped in the space. Any value to these?

I had a few of those and if I recall correctly the preview were valued at about half of what the cards numbered to five hundred were. They seemed like they were more plentiful than the numbered to 500 back then.

I seem to remember getting one of those in either a Beckett or Tuff Stuff magazine. I echo the other sentiments on the value, half sounds about right.
