No response on Twitter. I realized why I can't get in. The email address for the account I used was supposed to be @gmail.com, but I must have typed it in wrong when I signed up because it is @mail.com...
So I can't reset the password because the email address on the account is incorrect. =\

Not that anyone cares, but I finally got access to my redemption account again!!
It took Topps more than two months to reply to my Customer Service request. That isn't how I got access to the account, though. As I mentioned before, I typed the email address wrong when I first signed up, as @mail.com instead of @gmail.com... I decided to try and make an @mail.com address with the same username as my gmail address and IT WORKED! I was able to reset my password!
