What set offers the best value?
Title is pretty self explanatory. What set currently offers the most bang for the buck?

I'm a big fan of Donruss ... manageable base set to collect, lots of good looking inserts, Rated Rookies, and one auto and one mem per hobby box for about $65 ...

Topps Finest is the best value. I can score a box of 1999 Hobby for $50 shipped! There's 30 HoFers in the base set (with more to come once some retired guys are eligible and previous stars are elected in) with a reasonable amount of fun inserts that are noticeably different than the main set. If you like parallels then get ready for Refractors and Gold Refractors #/100. You looking for chase cards, they have some cards as low as #/22 or #/25! Card quality is superior with 27-pt thickness and comes with a protective peel that you can pull off to enjoy a dazzling surface fresh from factor almost 20 years later.
