Hello all!
I recently bought a card on eBay that was graded a PSA 10 after having it for a little and shipping it out again only to have it returned, I realized in the bottom left corner is a slight fray of the card.

How would I go about this? Because saying it is a PSA 10 would be lying, but does that mean I have to get it graded a by BGS or PSA again to get it's true grade?
